It was just an excellent fit for a weekend excursion in Llandrindod Wells with excellent value for money. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was super friendly, especially Hannah who made sure we had everything we needed. Bring your own snacks as options nearby are limited late at night.

great service but minor room detail needs fixing
Some staff demonstrated really good service, especially in accommodating my daughter's dietary restrictions. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, relieving my back pain after a long journey.
The room decor felt slightly dated.

We loved the proximity to the fine golf course and enjoyed a lovely walk over the hills to Howey with a cozy pub stop. The clean environment and friendly atmosphere.
One downside was the lack of attention from the staff, made check-in feel a bit unwelcoming.

The octopus millefeuille I had at the local eatery was a tastebud explosion! Plus, the roaring fire in the lounge made for cozy evenings. Breakfast had plenty of choices, setting us up for the day.
We hit a snag with service. The bar was often unmanned and the staff were a bit clueless. My room had a moldy window groove and the wifi was temperamental.
